Job description / Role
Job Summary:
The Senior Quantity Surveyor is a senior member of the Quantity Surveying Section in the design center. He leads a team of Quantity Surveyors during all quantity surveying activities, including performing quantity take-offs, , Bills of Quantities. He supports the tender process, including the development of responses to tender queries related to Bills of Quantities and conditions of contracts, , the preparation of tender analyses reports and the support of clients during the negotiations with contractors, as needed.
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational and Coordination skills.
- Excellent command of Arabic & English languages.
- Microsoft Office/AutoCAD/Revit.
- 10 years of experience
