Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist is responsible to actively collaborate with external & internal stakeholders in order to align continuously with Ministry of Health requirements, in terms of lead time and cost and assists the Logistics Manager in all tasks.

Key Accountabilities

- Handling the registration with Ministry of Health for cosmetics products.
- Coordinate with the brand/s regulatory affairs and legal departments to collect the needed documents in the suitable format.
- Update internal and external stakeholders with the updates and changes in related laws and regulations.
- Ensure that all information available and complying with Ministry of Health and GOEIC requirements.
- Ensure that all products labels and artworks are complying to Ministry of Health requirements.
- Ensure that hard & soft copies for new product registration and current product variations are within the agreed-on lead time through close follow-ups.
- Conduct registration cost optimization.
- Attend on ground Ministry of Health visits and sampling process.
- Ensure Ministry of Health releases as per the agreed-on Lead time.

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, or a similar field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Cosmetics business registration, dealing with Ministry of Health.
- Experience in Ministry of Health ground visits & warehouse and sampling process.
- Full understanding of Ministry of Health regulations and laws in relation to cosmetics business.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
