Responsibilities:

• Carry responsibility for meeting and exceeding the monthly sales target.
• Carry responsibility for daily distributing Aman machines products from the assigned distribution branch to wholesalers and dealers within specified route.
• Carry responsibility for collecting dealers and wholesalers outstanding balance.
• Send daily sales report to sales supervisors to monitor progress.
• Carry responsibility for the daily work plan (sales objectives, updating customer special cards, etc.).
• Meet with merchants to promote Aman product as per instructions of area sales manager and in coordination with sales supervisor.
• Ensure understanding of dealersu2019/wholesalersu2019 needs and problems and in a cooperative manner attempt to provide support to enable improved customer satisfaction.
• Engage with customers and attempt to identify multiple needs aiming to enhance sales.
• Perform administrative tasks such as recording number of clients contacted, new leads, or products promoted upon request.
• Ensure company property is well-maintained and in good working condition.

Skills

What will you need?

• Educational background: university graduate from any discipline.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales.
• Technical proficiency:
  • Understanding how achieving the sales target affects distribution chain's business and its profitability.
  • Excellent knowledge of the different selling techniques.
  • Very good knowledge of all the products' features.
