Job description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Perform system upgrades and enhancements to improve performance and functionality.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform updates and new features.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience working with ServiceNow as a developer lead or architect.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Proven experience with complex ServiceNow integrations and custom applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
About you
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for large-scale enterprises.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Proficiency in implementing ITIL framework practices and leveraging ITIL methodologies within ServiceNow implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex technical challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving technical projects to successful completion and mentoring technical teams effectively.
