Generate and qualify leads based on network coverage quality, targeting areas with strong Vodafone or Etisalat signal strength to maximize business opportunities.

Source competitive telecom rates from various companies and conduct meetings with partners to establish and maintain advantageous agreements.

Oversee and manage tasks related to APN configuration, mobile connectivity troubleshooting, and support for MiFi devices.

Implement improvements to streamline the invoicing process, reduce the number of invoices, and optimize related costs.

Ensure all monthly invoices are thoroughly reviewed and any discrepancies are promptly resolved.

Collaborate closely with telecommunications account managers to ensure team activities are aligned with client objectives and service level agreements (SLAs).

Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure effective stock management of new equipment and returned devices, maximizing availability and enabling timely redistribution to the market.

Prepare and maintain detailed, accurate, and timely reports covering operational, financial, and inventory activities to support informed decision-making and ensure transparency.

Manage relationships with external telecom agencies, overseeing contract negotiations, service agreements, and partnership performance to ensure alignment with operational objectives.

Oversee financial planning and budgeting for telecom operations, including analyzing costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and preparing forecasts for the upcoming year.

Lead process improvements to assign unique serial numbers and SKUs to SIM cards, in coordination with the finance team, to enhance tracking, reduce costs, and eliminate operational gaps.

Skills

What will you need?

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in telecom customer support or account management.

• Strong understanding of APNs, MiFi devices, and telecom connectivity protocols.

• Soft skills:
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members or clients.
