Job description
Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives to enhance and expand AMAN's product portfolio across multiple customer segments and industries.
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing and new strategic partners to drive incremental revenue growth.
Design and implement growth strategies aimed at expanding partner networks and increasing monthly revenue through strong partner engagement.
Collaborate closely with AMAN's commercial teams to align partnership activities with overall business objectives and KPIs.
Create and manage tailored product bundles for partners, industries, and customer segments to ensure strong market relevance and value proposition.
Analyze partner and customer feedback to evaluate the success and market fit of bundled products and services, making data-driven improvements where necessary.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including total generated revenue, customer adoption, and partner satisfaction.
Lead the launch and expansion of high-impact partnerships, including onboarding and go-to-market collaboration with prominent industry players and key accounts.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing partnerships team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the strategic partnerships function, ensuring seamless execution of partner initiatives and alignment with AMAN's commercial goals.
Skills
What will you need?
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5-6 years of experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships, with a strong portfolio of successful collaborations that have driven business growth and expanded market presence.
- 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role.
