Job description / Role
- Ensure best practice in regard to recruitment and selection activities are maintained for Engineering industry
- Accountable for the full end to end recruitment lifecycle for roles across multiple functional disciplines for Engineering Design Consultant
- Responsible for development, implementation and administration of recruitment programs for highly specialized positions or candidate profiles
- Liaise with hiring managers to help develop and implement innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization
- Core responsibility is to manage open job requisitions, update and manage Taleo ATS, achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments
- Work closely with managers to drive the hiring process, from initial position requisition through hire
- Strategically uncover passive candidates and attract active candidates through a variety of methods
- Identify and pre-screen qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- Candidate should have a minimum 7 years of experience in Engineering Industry.
- Hiring is for Egypt and local Candidates.
- 7-10 Years of experience in Recruitment
- Identify and implement best practices throughout the hiring process
- Work directly with targeted Colleges to develop Recruiting relationships and Curriculum Advisory opportunities
- Have demonstrated proactive recruiting experience and success with a variety of corporate positions, including reaching both passive and active candidates
- Have earned a Bachelor's degree in Human resources or related field, have three to five years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Be passionate about establishing strong relationships with candidates, employees, and outside resources, and guiding managers through the hiring process to achieve strong outcomes.
