Raya Auto, one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a service advisor.

What will you do?

  • Handling customer complaints within the bounds of authority and support the customers to fully understand technical specifications and needs of their vehicle.
  • Following up with warranty department if necessary.
  • Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; and obtaining approval signatures.
  • Promoting parts and accessories sales by informing customers about different products, vehicle care and maintenance that can get their vehicles operating more efficiently.
  • Improving job knowledge by attending assigned trainings, reading manufacturer's publications, and finalizing target web-based training.
  • Communicating between reception area, parts department, workshop and customers to ensure all vehicle recalls are performed and communicated to customer.

What will you need?

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as service advisor
  • Know-how on how to deal with internal and external customers.
  • Good knowledge of vehicle diagnosis and maintenance.
