Our Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals (OIC) business provides technologies to monitor and control our customers’ energy extraction assets. As a Service Delivery Manager – Oilfield Chemicals, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
• Construct business plans incorporating essential market drivers and all obtainable analytics.
• Oversee the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with sales/comms teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity).
• Ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and ensuring quality plans are in line with our job cycle process.
• Ensure that the team fully understands the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed.
• Provide leadership to develop team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans.
• Lead and drive continuous cost-efficiency alternatives while maintaining excellence in service delivery.
• Prepare and handle required resources for growth including equipment.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Have at least 10 years of experience with a technical background in oilfield chemicals.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role and multi-country management.
• Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have an excellent operational background.
