Job description

Site service engineer is responsible for conducting preventive and corrective maintenance.
Minimizing downtime and set-up time through timely interventions for troubleshooting and repairing.
Improving the automation system efficiency and effectiveness by supporting the implementation of improvements and repairing to maximize the effectiveness.
Ensures that the automation solutions are working continuously at the established level of efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsible for conducting preventive and corrective maintenance.
Plan, assign, and monitor the duties and tasks of the technicians on the site.
Ensure the procedures of HSE are being implemented by the technicians on the site.
Report any problem on the site.
Assist in commissioning phase and validation during project implementation.
Revise the spare parts equipment in storage area and report the status.
Conduct site survey / technical report.
Provide feedback report to service manager on the performance of the technicians, as input into their performance evaluations.
Must be ready to work on a three-shift basis.

Personal skills

• Good practical experience in PLC troubleshooting, pneumatic systems, and motor drives.
• Ability to follow up on network cables and industrial PCs and servers.
• Ability to understand the vision system operating system.
• Level of proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Technical skills

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent technical report skills.
• Good team player.
• Good command of English.
• Leadership skills.
