Position Snapshot: <br><br>Engage with key partners to enable service expansion scoping and execution. Partner with Businesses and support in developing growth enabling services expansions providing competitive advantage and business value to the markets. Ensure business success metrics are established and measured. <br><br>A Day in the life: <br><br><br> - Generate projects portfolio based on service catalogue and other opportunities to be added <br> - Establish the required governance to manage expansions.Provide transparency on issues and challenges facing the program and driving alignment across different project stakeholders to ensure success <br> - Manages relationships with key business partners in market, business or Function. Ensuring partner needs are addressed with relevant service proposal <br> - Drive and manage planned transition projects . <br> - Complete feasibility assessments and creates business case for scope expansion while generating value to main stakeholders. <br><br>Am I a good fit?<br><br>- Shared Service experience and/or Market experience to be able to understand business needs on the ground<br> - Understanding of Markets to deliver effective stakeholders management<br> - Business operations understanding (preferably related to generating demand) is an advantage<br> - Experience in working in a cross-functional, multi-cultural and networked organization (internal and external providers); <br> - Delivering success in leading teams or projects directly or indirectly<br> - Managing change in the organization <br><br>
