Role Summary:

All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics. Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalation.
- Develop long range forecast for region resource needs.
- Develop and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training.
- Develops an operational year plan for the own department activities.
- Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.
- Contributes to plan of larger unit. Works together with high level people from the business. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.
- Diverse clients in a region. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.
- Driving effective and coordinated completion of all region field service activities pertaining to on-site drilling, completion and maintenance activities.
- Standardize Field Service operation in MENAT & I
- Drive cost out projects to lower the total FS cost
- Monitor Utilization on weekly basis and x-utilize FS resources with other P&L`s and functions.
- Interfacing with customers, sales, project management and integrated services to coordinate appropriate technical resources when and where required.
- Partnering with region leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and growth targets are exceeded.
- Optimizing personnel workload thru continuous management of regional backlog & forecast, coordinated with Global Fulfillment and Master Planner teams to maximize global profitability
- Partnering with local HR to grow the local field Service Engineers, per the local business requirements and global fulfillment workforce capacity
- Promote and ensure compliance to company and regulatory EHS & Q requirements & expectations at all time
Qualifications/Requirements:
- B.Sc or preferably M.Sc or equivalent University education
- 5-10 years in Management and /or Technical/Field service.
- Subsea/Surface experience is desired
