Capitol Signs Inc. is hiring for a sign installation lead installer. Duties include installation and service of signs, which incorporates many skills in commercial construction knowledge, blueprint reading, electrical knowledge, problem solving, foundation work, medium to large truck/bucket knowledge, and CDL. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the following skills.

Job description:

• Manage equipment
• High school or GED
• Construction: sign industry, commercial or residential experience
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Blueprint/install drawings reading
• Mini excavator/equipment knowledge
• Class A or B CDL
• Jobsite/OSHA safety knowledge
• Bucket truck/crane operation experience
• Foundation work

We travel Central Virginia on a daily basis performing various sign-related tasks.

This is a full-time position offering top wages, health insurance, and paid time off for the right candidate.

$2,000 signing bonus, payable after first 6 months completion of satisfactory employment.

Salary range is a guide and dependent upon experience level.

• Have a clean and valid Virginia driver's license
• Submit to a pre-employment drug screen
