Raya Information Technology, one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring for Software Integration, Automation & AI Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining integration, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of RPA, AI, chatbots, APIs, and BPM (Business Process Management) tools to streamline business processes.
• Design and deploy AI-based automation solutions, including chatbots, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and machine learning models.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and operations teams to identify integration opportunities and optimize workflows using BPM tools.
• Ensure seamless integration between various software platforms, databases, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
• Define best practices, coding standards, and development guidelines for the team.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers in AI, RPA, chatbot development, API integration, and automation frameworks.
• Monitor and improve system performance, troubleshooting integration, AI model accuracy, and automation issues.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI, RPA, BPM, and software integration to enhance automation strategies.
• Manage project timelines, task assignments, and team performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Document technical processes, system architectures, and best practices for future reference.

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in software integration, automation, AI, or RPA development.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, or Google Dialogflow) and chatbot platforms.
• Expertise in RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
• Experience with BPM tools (Camunda, IBM BPM, Pega, Appian) and workflow automation solutions.
• Deep understanding of API development, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise integration solutions.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data transformation techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work in an agile environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• AI, RPA, or BPM-related certifications are a plus.

Education:

• B.Sc. in Engineering Communications or Computer Science
