Employment: Full Time

Exciting career opportunity in the Procurement function, in the capacity of Sourcing Manager MEA Marketing Agencies, based in Cairo BU.

The main purpose of the role is to take charge of Strategic sourcing for Marketing Agency services (e.g. advertising agencies, advertising production) for the MEA (Middle East & Africa) Business Unit, which is one of the 13 Business Units that Mondel?z is organized by globally.

Main responsibilities:
• Collaborating with Regional & Global sourcing leads, to develop sourcing strategies and implement global/regional action plans in MEA in alignment with local business needs
• Balancing service excellence with productivity gains & cash-flow improvements
• Managing the implementation of global/regional projects, as well as leading local projects from end to end
• Spend data, supplier and industry analysis
• Understanding Mondel?z local business needs and translating them into Procurement deliverables
• Preparing and executing local bids, including negotiations with MEA suppliers and contract implementation, as well as co-leading or supporting regional/global bids/negotiations
• Leading MEA supplier performance evaluation process, and developing appropriate action plans in alignment with internal stakeholders

Requirements

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
• Bachelor’s or Post-Graduate Degree (Masters), ideally in Business Administration
• Experience in Marketing Procurement
• Experience to work in a multinational (ideally global) and multicultural environment
• Experience working in Marketing or in advertising agencies
• 5 years’ experience in Procurement
• Fluency in English & Arabic
• Proficiency in MS office
• Team Player; ability to support and lead to achieve common goals
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Stakeholder Management skills
