Responsibilities:

• Develop new business partnership opportunities between merchants/retailers/brand and points' airline loyalty program partner.
• Responsible to meet and exceed sales target.
• Collaborate with leaders across business units to bring to life the global brand stories and ensure consistency.
• Work with marketing and merchandising to enable clear storytelling all the way to our consumers.
• Identify creative/innovative opportunities to drive discovery for products at retail.
• Responsible to handle all merchants and to set a plan for the number of visits.
• Responsible for facilitating the process of communication between the company and the key accounts.
• Set realistic expectations and push through on these expectations with determination and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible.
• Lead introductory calls with sellers. Learn about their business and pitch them on Aman marketplace.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from any discipline.
• 3-5 years in retail or sales industries.
