We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled senior BI developer with expertise in big data cluster management to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in business intelligence development and managing large-scale data environments. This role involves leading the design and implementation of data-driven solutions, optimizing big data systems, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize advanced BI dashboards and analytics solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Manage, monitor, and optimize big data clusters (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) for scalability and performance.
• Architect and implement complex ETL pipelines to process and integrate data from diverse sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance across all BI and big data platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data workflows, reporting systems, and cluster environments.
• Mentor junior BI developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in BI development and big data cluster management.
• Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Deep knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive) and distributed computing.
• Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling best practices.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java for data processing.
• Proven ability to lead projects and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
