Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Oversee that all stock management transactions are executed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Validate and analyze cost of goods sold figures and gross profit margin at the month close.
- Drive changes and continuous improvements in the stock management department after identifying challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure that all new business processes are properly tested and implemented
- Develop and maintain high level of customer services and productive working relationships with stakeholders to foster business improvement and objective achievement, as well as work closely with internal and external auditors during audit review.
- Prepare strategic and analytical reports related to stock management and provide quality control on stock management related data.
- Ensure efficient communication level with suppliers on various issues among which credit notes related to Return to vendor, damages, change of price and seasonal credit notes.
- Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his / her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.

Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration; MBA is a plus
- 7-9 years of experience is a similar field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English
