Job Purpose

The Stock Management Services Administrator at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for overseeing and executing transactional stock management activities to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient end-to-end service to the group.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, process, and fulfill requests to ensure their timely and accurate processing, aligning with established business needs.
  • Review and validate all stock management transactions, provide necessary assistance, and track pending transactions to maintain current stock levels.
  • Execute transactions following specified protocols to ensure accurate and punctual recording, addressing any discrepancies by liaising with relevant parties for resolution.
  • Prepare regular reports on stock management activities, highlighting key findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring internal customers' satisfaction by adhering to internal SLAs and promptly addressing requests.

Qualifications

Language & technical skills

Language proficiency

  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.

Technical skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Zero to one year of experience in stock management or a similar role.
