Job description / Role
Our client is looking for an Store Manager with a strong background in Retail Operations based in a Luxury Hotel in Cairo, Egypt.
This candidate will be reporting directly to the VP of Hotels and be responsible for managing the store and the day-to-day operations. This candidate would be deciding on the purchase of new collections, generating pricing quotations, managing a team and keeping track of the customer’s needs. The candidate must have solid experience in determining marketing strategy and managing the financial operations, e.g. preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Requirements
The candidate must have extensive exposure in the retail industry, preferably in high-end fashion apparel. The successful candidate will be skilled in Sales Operations in luxury retail brands/ departments stores. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience. The candidate must speak English fluently and Arabic is a plus.
