Job description / Role
THE ROLE: STORE MANAGER
•Hold store team and self-accountable to all LC Waikiki standards of performance and behavior
•Efficient work force scheduling
•Maximize store productivity and efficiency
•Establish excellent customer service and satisfaction
•Establish and maintain high standards of store layout and visual merchandising in line with the corporate standards
•Achievement of the given sales targets, productivity/m2 and bottom line profit objectives
•Achievement of the agreed/given Internal Audit Performance
•Control the shrinkage rates and all expenses and improve the conversion rates
Education and experience
•University degree; Business Administration or Economy is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in similar position is a plus
•Experience on visual store is a plus
•Fluency in English (both written and verbal), Turkish is a plus
•Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
•Must have very good command of Sales and negotiation skills
•Must be customer oriented and a self-developer
•Must be result oriented and have a positive attitude
•Ability to solve problems, organize and plan
