Job Description

The Strategy & Sustainability Director will lead Giza Systems' efforts in shaping and implementing its strategic vision while embedding sustainability into every aspect of the organization. As a senior leader, you will drive strategic planning, monitor operational execution, oversee sustainability initiatives, and provide market and competitive intelligence to ensure the organization's long-term growth and resilience.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration and high-level engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Personal Skills

• Strong background in strategic planning, sustainability, and change management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Analytical mindset with proven experience in solving complex problems.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.

Technical Skills

• A strategic mindset and passion for converting complex problems into practical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Structured thinker, mix of real-time management experience with typical consulting skills.
• Proven track record of leading complex processes and programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work constructively with colleagues across the organization.
• Personal presence and the ability to combine an independent perspective with a humble and listening approach, including with C-level colleagues.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
