Responsibilities:

• Creates hitlists of targeted companies to prioritize high-potential prospects and focus acquisition efforts.
• Acquires companies across industries to expand Aman's merchant network and diversify revenue streams.
• Builds strong relationships with acquired companies to increase merchant retention, engagement, and long-term partnerships.
• Negotiates and signs commercial terms and contracts to secure favorable agreements and protect Aman's financial and operational interests.
• Account-manages acquired companies financially and operationally to ensure smooth onboarding, fulfill SLAs, and maximize merchant performance.

Skills

What will you need?

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
• Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in role.
  • 1-2 years in supervisory level.

• Financial acumen: ability to read basic P&L, margin calculations, and forecast merchant level revenue.
• Data analysis and reporting: Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Google Sheets, and basic reporting to track acquisition KPIs.
• Performance dashboards: experience using BI tools to monitor merchant metrics.
• Compliance awareness: understanding of contract, KYC, and regulatory requirements relevant to merchant onboarding.
