Supply Lead - Delta

The Supply lead will work closely with Delta AGM and will be responsible to guarantee that Careem is always meeting the demand coming from the customers. This is achieved through ensuring that the right number of captains are always available to cover the requests we receive. In addition, the supply manager will also assure that the correct training is presented to captains so that they are aware of the quality standards that we strive to present to our customers.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting, training and onboarding captains to grow our Supply efficiently and thereby meet our company's growth targets.
- Ensuring our captains are receiving world class support
- Leading the team responsible for recruiting, onboarding and training the captains
- Auditing the tracking system and making sure that all data regarding the captain is updated.
- Ensuring that Careem has new suppliers through which they can recruit captains
- Analyzing supplier's performance and creating incentives for suppliers
- Troubleshooting supplier's problems, analyzing the issues, providing and implementing solutions.
- Coaching the suppliers and help them understand Careem's business
- Ensuring that the suppliers understand the different social media tools through which they attract captains
- Creating and implementing different marketing and sales strategies to attract suppliers and captains.

Additional qualifications include:
- Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
- Flexibility to move across Delta.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Target driven and have good numerical and analytical skills with an excellent eye for detail working with qualitative and quantitative data
- Extensive experience in delivering highly successful and innovative product developments
- Good technical proficiency, literacy skills and a competent computer user
- Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable
