Your Role and Responsibilities

Digital Brand Seller Role for IBM Systems is responsible for a list of accounts in a defined region within MEA with a clear Revenue target.

The IBM Seller shall understand the customer business environment and can position IBM solution to match client needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This job requires good understanding of IBM HW products (Server/ Storage), competitive products knowledge and market insights to guide/advise the customer and to be able positioning IBM unique value proposition.

It also requires territory coverage, Account planning and perfect execution and the ability reaching the customers via F2F, Phone calls and Digital tools. The IBM seller shall also align with other IBM team members and BPs as well to identify and close opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Expanding the coverage of IBM Systems in defined territories in both mass coverage and higher value propositions.
- To demonstrate IBM Systems HW product knowledge to clients F2F and/or through Digital tools.
- Making Close alignment with respective EBUs local IBM teams and BPS.
- Managing ongoing relationship with the accounts in defined territory by ensuring success stories within these accounts.
- Delivering and exceeding quarterly targets in terms of revenue, pipeline, and new client acquisitions.
- Accurately forecasting sales Monthly and Quarterly.

Requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5-10 years of experience in sales/technical for systems (all servers, storage, network etc) in IT industry (as a seller/technical or channel rep)
- Graduating from leading University in EG with Engineering or Business Management degree.
- Working in relevant competitive company is a plus
- French speaking candidate is a must for this Job role.
