Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for restaurant roles including front of line, back of line and management.
• Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across online platforms, social media, and recruitment agencies.
• Actively source candidates through CV databases, social networks, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
• Organize and schedule interviews, trial shifts, and assessments.
• Support mass hiring campaigns for new store openings and seasonal hiring.
• Build and nurture a talent pool for future hiring needs.
• Ensure seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Promote the company's employer brand within the hospitality and food & beverage community.
• Monitor hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment and multi-location hiring.
• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations specific to the restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
