Job Purpose:

In the role of "Talent Acquisition Partner" you will contribute towards the achievement of the HR strategy by leading the Talent Acquisition agenda. As part of this agenda you are expected to build a pipeline of qualified candidates both in support of active vacancies as well as proactively to meet the business need, building strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Internal and External Candidates. Aligned with the Talent Acquisition agenda, you will lead the execution of Employer Branding Strategy in Mashreq with a goal of maintaining to be the number 1 Employer of Choice across FMCGs in the targeted universities. In this role you will be in charge of Delivering a best in class recruiting experience to Hiring managers and Candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle. Providing strategic support to Line Managers and a "more human" experience for candidates is the ultimate deliverable of the recruitment process.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

- Accountable for the Recruitment SLA's (Service Level Agreement) of TTO (Time To Offer, Candidate and Hiring Manager satisfaction)
- Leads and manages Talent Advisors and/or interns allocated for Mashreq Talent Acquisition
- Drives forecasting and demand planning discussions in partnership with HRBP's
- Leads proactive sourcing for External Talent Mapping & candidate engagement initiatives as per business need
- Manages requisitions for managerial level & specific critical roles in all levels. And depending on the volumes, makes trade-off's in the Talent Acquisition team
- Continually improves the Talent Acquisition processes with innovation
- Fully utilizes the digital sourcing tools
- Owns the relationship and process management with the recruitment agencies and the third-party labour providers
- Holds advisory meetings with stakeholders to triage external requirements and consulting on most effective talent solutions
- Accountable for the Employer Branding execution and activations in the Mashreq region. This includes running Internship programs, Students competitions, Campus Visits, Building relationship with Universities, Career Fairs, managing the relationships with the agencies and other service providers and executing Digital activations
- Manages UFLP hiring process for Mashreq countries
- Ensures that global Recruitment process and guidelines are applied in Mashreq countries by taking into consideration local requirements ( i.e. driven by Labour Law) Continuously engages with stakeholders (Hiring Managers, new joiners, HR Business Partners, HR Director) for feedback and improvements in execution of Talent Acquisition agenda

Requirements

Qualifications & Preferences:

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience in HR within a matrix organization
- Ability to anticipate needs, advise and solve problems proactively
- Sound knowledge of Mashreq (Egypt, Sudan, Lebanon, Jordan) talent market is preferable
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Collaborative team player
- Genuine interest in new technologies and tools, and tech savvy

- Strong organisation skills as well as attention to detail and diligence
