Raya Auto; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist
What will you do?
- Review resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates for our automotive roles.
- Conduct engaging phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Maintain clear, consistent, and positive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate in developing and promoting our employer brand to attract high-quality talent, showcasing our innovative automotive culture.
- Creatively craft and publish compelling job advertisements on various job portals to reach a wide audience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements, providing expert guidance.
- Prepare and present insightful recruitment reports and analytics to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Develop and manage performance management frameworks, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms, to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
What will you need?
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in HR field
- BA in any related field
- Proficiency in English language is a must
- Strong communication skills
