Job Description

- Prepare project scope documents as per the PTS & SOW for the OHTL/UG.
- Provide technical and engineering expertise along with guide to identify, analyze and resolve problems.
- Create the base design drawings such as: route map, route map with spotted structures, plan and profile drawings, sag and tension calculation, structure list, and other submittals.
- Work to optimize the plan for UG/OHTL project and best practice for construction.
- Execute designs following the electrical design criteria for the project as well as defined design standards, codes, and regulations
- Review UG/OHTL project documents created by others to ensure design requirements are met.
- Develop plans, specifications, and drawings for transmission line designs.
- Familiar international standards / SEC/ Saudi Aramco Codes and standards with excellent safety awareness.
- Attend occasional site visits and project site inspections.
- Produce and maintain engineering drawings using 2D / 3D CAD software as required
- Ensure coordination of all electrical interfaces with designers and engineers of other disciplines
- Supervise the work of designers assigned to the projects
- Work closely with PM team in project and workload decisions.
- Participate in field surveys at client sites and report findings
- Analyzes data to inform decisions around user growth and monetization
- Coordinate/Interface with clients and contractors.
- Review tender projects technically & attend site visits, and technical meetings with the client in the bidding stage
- Prepare project estimated quantities,
- Materials Validation by FAT Attendance, and approval. Project validation by site test Attendance (testing, commissioning & start up) Up on request from the Project Manager.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Power System Modelling using the specialized software (e.g., ETAP, PLS CADD).Responsible for the delivery of OHTL related design, documents and site support activities related from a technical side.EducationBachelor of Science degree in Engineering

Education:
- Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Mechatronics,Electrical or Communication Engineering
