Job description / Role
- Review and approve shop drawing submittals
- Review Coordination between architecture, structure,MEP, HVAC drawings
- Review and approve material approval request and method of statement according to project specs
- Check and review the main contractor invoice and another subcontractors
- Follow up progress in site by sending a weekly construction progress report to planning department
- Review and approve quantity survey submittal
- Lead and enhance team skills.
Requirements
- Possess more than 15 years of experience.
- Civil/Arch discipline is required.
- Real Estate or Consultancy background is a must.
- Experience in residential compounds is a must
- Excellent Managerial and Leadership Skills.
- Excellent command of English Language.
