About the job

Job Purpose
- Manage a team composed of maintainers and technicians.
- Monitor the activity of its employees and support them, to help them achieve the goals set
- Be responsible for respecting the safety rules in the team.

Requirements

- Coordinate the work of the team (plan priorities, optimize the adequacy of needs and resources, train, manage conflicts.)
- Inform and communicate (create and maintain relationships with team, relaying and disseminating information, giving meaning and explaining the decisions or solutions made)
- Support and listen (answer the questions asked and inform their line manager, create and maintain a climate of trust within the team, support their team and promote know-how)
- Motivate the team
- Manage human, material and financial resources (assess and contribute to the development of operators' skills during annual interviews, contribute to the development of the training plan, etc.)
- Monitor and control the activity (involve the agents in the analysis of results, identify corrective measures to rectify deviations from production)
- Ensure technical support regarding the TELECOM indoor and outdoor and other subjects related to the maintenance
- Manage the production quality
- Ensure the safety of people (workers and passengers) and property
- Search all useful information in the event of a reported or unreported damage
- Troubleshooting the train
- Reporting and ensuring traceability (informing all those concerned, informing the IT databases, writing reports)
- Ensure technical coordination between the various maintenance departments
- Manage the site and logistics (keep documentation up to date, manage stocks, take corrective or preventive measures)

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering

KNOWLEDGE:
- TELECOM maintenance (light maintenance and/or heavy maintenance (overhaul))
- Electricity, mechanics, electronics, pneumatics
- Troubleshooting methods
- Management Lean manufacturing
- Maintenance Production
- Team Management
- Change Management
- Safety management (OHS acts).
- Advance technical knowledge
- MMS such Maximo

EXPERIENCE:
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in Railway industry
- Spent at least 5 years in the TELECOM maintenance environment.
- Have an experience in the change management culture
