Responsibilities:

- Managing end to end relationship and performance for top souq.com marketplace sellers in your portfolio.
- Exceed your targets for revenue, listings and customer experience metrics (cancellation rate, late shipment rate etc) for the sellers in your portfolio
- Work as consultants with your sellers to help them grow their business on souq.com
- Understand and resolve seller issues by working with internal and external teams.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience of B2B account management in e-commerce, consumer internet or retail industries.
- Analytical and data driven with good knowledge of MS excel and its functions.
- Functional knowledge of Arabic and experience in Middle East is a big plus.
- MBA from a reputed institute is a plus
