Position Summary

As Total Rewards Consultant you will be the key partner and focal point for Total Rewards related issues for couple of different countries in Nestle's Middle East and North Africa Market. In this role you will provide C&B support to the business, manage vendors and third parties to ensure country benefits program delivery, analyze and interpret internal and external data to model changes to various reward elements, and proactively ensure compliance with local legislation. Additionally, you will be expected to provide information and Total Rewards support to HR colleagues, legal department, internal procurement, and senior management.

A day in the life of

- Supporting the annual compensation cycle in line with the Corporate guidelines and calendar
- Analyzing Total Rewards policies and government regulations to contribute to the development of competitive rewards plans
- Analyzing and interpreting market survey data
- Directing and reviewing employee benefit programs
- Managing contracts with benefits providers (insurances, pensions etc.)
- Supporting the Job Evaluations exercise in line with Mercer IPE methodology
- Supporting due diligence and submit recommendations for Mergers, Acquisitions Divestitures, and Outsourcing (MADO) transactions
- Communicates Rewards offerings to maximize employee appreciation and delivers training/orientation with the support of HRBPs to increase understanding
- Support the maintenance of employee database on SAP for compensation info types

Requirements

What will make you successful

- University Degree level education or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years' experience in Rewards function and HR in a multinational organization handling multiple countries, ideally more than two countries
- Hands-on experience in SAP HR & Payroll system
- Advanced Use of Microsoft Office, excel in particular
- Previous experiences that demonstrate numerical literacy and analytical capabilities
- Outstanding communication, networking and time management skills
- Flexibility and readiness to work in a virtual team with remote management
- Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Solid financial and business acumen
- University Degree level education
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Total Rewards & HR preferably in matrix/regional HR environment
- Hands-on experience in SAP HR & Payroll system
