TQM Director

Job description / Role

Main responsibilities

Develop and implement the TQM strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct audits and inspections to monitor quality performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, R&D and Supply Chain, to address quality issues and drive solutions.

Introduce Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other improvement frameworks to optimize processes.

Manage the QA/QC teams and provide leadership, training and development.

Develop KPIs and reporting systems to measure and communicate performance trends and progress.

Requirements

Only candidates currently based in Egypt will be considered.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering. A master's degree or MBA is a plus.

At least 15 years of quality management experience within the manufacturing industry.

Experience conducting internal, supplier, and customer audits.

Experience in quality management systems.

Deep understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.

In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and tools.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
