Job description / Role
RATP Dev, a subsidiary of the RATP Group, ensures the operation and maintenance of urban and interurban transport networks in 12 countries through over 110 subsidiaries. RATP Dev will soon be in charge of the operations and maintenance of Cairo Line 3 and its future extension therefore we are actively sourcing quality talent for this new and exciting opportunity in Egypt.
The Trainer should identify existing skills gaps, formulate appropriate programs, and then assume a hands-on role in training, in addition to conducting post-intervention check-ins to establish the effectiveness of the program.
• Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
• Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
• Determine course content according to objectives
• Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
• Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
• Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
• Observe and evaluate results of training programs
• Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Certification as a Technical Trainer
KNOWLEDGE:
• Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
• Excellent decision making and organisational skills
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software
EXPERIENCE:
• Proven experience of 4-6 years as a technical trainer
