POSITION SUMMARY

- Execute of operational T&E Activities
- Follow the NAS and the compliant ways of working on the T&E Processes
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of auditing and posting services.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

- Learn and work on execution of PDP objectives and AP plans in line with NBS Cairo strategy.
- Learn, implement, and execute of daily activities and functions in: T&E processing of all employee claim expenses timely and accurately in SAP.
- Perform periodic AO operation's review with AO Supervisor;
- Contribute to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible.
- Execute PDP plans created in cooperation with the Line Manager.
- Execute identified business and internal controls of AP processes.
- Responsible for issue escalation to AP Supervisor/Leading Specialist.
- Update the Standard Routines due to legal or process changes.
- To ensure proper quality and timeliness of activities performed from the other site and smooth operations recovery; proper supporting Supervisors/Leading Specialists and BCP Coordinator;
- Promote and support NCE Mindset. Leverage and capture NCE potential through the usage of DORs/WORs/MORs/GSTD/FI/ etc..
- Participate in testing of SAP for business and obtain the required knowledge to execute given tasks.
- Update all Standard Routines according to the plan.
- Ensure compliance with Nestle standards including effective management of SODs, updated standard routines, documentation of previous audit points, adherence to CBP (Control Best Practices);

Requirements
