Employment: Full Time

Human Resources is about creating a winning organisation: generating outstanding business performance through the development of people and teams.

So how would you do this? What will you do? You'll undertake three placements to get a well-rounded view of our people, including time at head office, a factory and an expertise team. Beyond your usual placements, there's also scope for you to work as a site HR Manager, take on various projects and shape future HR practices from within an Expertise Team. Wherever in the business you work, you'll be building up experience of culture change, employee relations, leadership development and much more, getting an up close and personal view of HR at Unilever.

An eye on the future
- Our environment is about empowering individuals, both in terms of contributing to our business objectives and achieving their own personal and career goals. HR's job is to make sure we have highly skilled people across the organisation. Roles are split into three areas:

Business Partners
- Identify the needs of the business in order to develop, manage and implement appropriate strategies. They ensure that the right structure, culture, people and capabilities are in place to foster positive working relationships.

Expertise teams
- Work on policies, processes, systems and tools that allow each business area to attract, select and develop talented individuals. They also provide a connection with world-class external experts and keep us up to date with industry best practice.

Enterprise Support
- Deliver and continuously improve services such as payroll, recruitment, pensions and benefits. They also track, monitor and aggressively manage service performance to ensure that it's delivered to the required quality and at the optimum cost.

Requirements

- Minimum of a Bachelors degree (or equivalent).
- Strong academic track record: well-standing GPA (or equivalent)
- Strong Business Motivation to work within NAME territory
- Maximum 28 years old
- Good analytical skills, willingness to learn and strong aptitude for communication skills.
