Raya Foods, one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a value chain shift leader.

What will you do:

• Develop and implement strategies and SOPs to streamline production processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Establish and conduct regular assessments and analyses to identify areas for improvement in production and processing.
• Define and set each product family by conducting product routing analysis and appropriate groupings.
• Be responsible for preparing an ideal product map showing the value stream for each product.
• Enforce and implement lean manufacturing principles, continually seeking ways to optimize labor and material usage to achieve the highest product output with minimal waste while ensuring seamless execution of production plans.
• Identify and analyze bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within the value stream.
• Set and implement corrective actions to optimize processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, maintenance, and quality, to coordinate activities and address challenges in real time.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Enforce and promote adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and operational best practices within the production environment.

Education

Bachelor of engineering, or any related discipline.
