Description

Responsible for the safe and accurate handling of automotive spare parts within the warehouse. This role ensures correct receiving, storage, issuing, and stock control of spare parts to support workshop operations and sales activities. The position focuses on operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive automotive spare parts and verify quantities and condition against delivery notes and invoices.
• Label, store, and arrange spare parts according to warehouse layout, bin locations, and part numbers.
• Issue spare parts based on approved work orders, requisitions, or sales requests.
• Update inventory records manually or through warehouse/ERP systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and support periodic inventory audits.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or slow-moving items.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Follow health, safety, and quality procedures while handling and storing spare parts.
• Coordinate with workshop, sales, and purchasing teams to ensure timely availability of parts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical secondary school certificate is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or storekeeping role.
• Basic knowledge of automotive spare parts and part numbering systems.
• Good organizational and stock management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Basic computer skills (ERP systems, inventory software, or MS Excel).
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety rules.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic English verbal and written.
• Fluent Arabic verbal and written.
