Warehouse Specialist

Job description / Role

Key responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Prepare issuance requests with high accuracy in accordance with established warehouse procedures.

Receive incoming shipments and return orders as per standard operating processes, with attention to packing material handling.

Maintain accurate and complete warehouse documentation, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.

Monitor inventory levels by performing regular physical counts and reconciling discrepancies with system data.

Ensure the efficient flow of materials to support construction or real estate project timelines.

Utilize Microsoft Office programs for reporting, tracking, and communication tasks.

Operate within ERP systems (Oracle preferred) for inventory, procurement, and warehouse management functions.

Communicate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics personnel, maintaining a professional and proactive approach.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Oracle is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in warehouse settings is an advantage.
