Description

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to optimize warehouse processes and support business objectives.
• Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations and material handling.
• Resolve operational issues promptly, including shipment delays, inventory shortages, and equipment malfunctions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team coordination.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts as required by operational demands.
