CSA Supervisor

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading multinational engineering services provider and general contractor who specializes in mission critical turnkey solutions. Employing over 750 professionals and deliver leading-edge construction solutions across a range of key sectors including Data Centre’s, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Technology, Fire protection, Building Services, and Technical Support Services. They are currently seeking CSA Supervisors to join them on Data Centre Projects in Europe.

You will be Responsible for:
- Managing Site Safety and Site QA in conjunction with the Safety Advisor and the Project Manager including set up, management and close out of file.
- Managing all costs associated with your package with support of the Project QS.
- Managing of Project Schedule in conjunction with Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and consulting Engineer / Architect and the Client requirements.
- Managing day to day site operations.
- Managing sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.
- Ensuring that there is a weekly minuted meeting with sub-contractor.
- Attending Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings.
- Issuing Daily Report to the Project Manager and weekly safety stats & project labour projections.
- Holding weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are been captured and costs issued to the client.
- Ensuring change management is handled correctly.
- Reviewing drawings and setting out details.
- Producing builders works drawings for services.
- Carrying out, distributing & closing out CSA snags.

- A trade background with relevant work experience / or relevant qualification
- EU Passport Holder
- Over 5 years previous experience in a Supervision role with a proven record of coordinating and managing large projects
- Data Centre experience is highly desirable.
