Diving Operations Manager (Oil & Gas)

Job description / Role

My client is a major international oil & gas operator and they are currently looking for a diving operations manager for their operations in Europe and Africa.

Summary of the responsibilities for the diving operations manager are as follows:

Technical assistance to subsea engineers as well as procedure writing

-Preparation of project diving operations (HRF definition and operations, Diving safety Manual, Tooling review.

-Prepare all requisition related to specific diving items (Tools, Gas)

-Organize and prioritize all calls for tenders reception, checking documentation, sorting and summary (depending on the means to be implemented, skills, operational planning etc), tenders follow up with diving subcontractors.

-Client relationship regarding diving technical clarification/qualification.

-Assistance for any diving frame agreements set-up (for Europe and Africa). Liaise with contractors for all contractual and cost matters.

Requirements

CANDIDATES MUST COME FROM AN OIL AND GAS ENGINEERING BACKGROUND !!!

The profile sought needs to emanate from Engineering in order to complement the skill set of the Diving Operation Manager, who is very much ops orientated.
