Position Title: Customer Service Executive (Inside Sales)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.5K EUR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Hamburg, Germany

Job Description:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to logistics operations and inside sales, addressing and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee the end-to-end shipping process, including booking with courier companies, tracking shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery of products to customers.
• Provide accurate and timely invoicing to clients, including resolving any billing issues that may arise, and manage customer complaints and escalate issues to relevant departments for prompt resolution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments including sales and operations to ensure smooth and efficient order processing, and identify areas for improvement in the customer service process.
• Other ad hoc tasks to be assigned by the management.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to German nationals
• 20 to 45 years old
• At least 3 years’ experience in customer service or inside sales from logistics industry
• Must have experience in import activities
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized.
