Mechanical Supervisor

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading multinational engineering services provider and general contractor who employ over 2,000 and deliver leading-edge construction solutions across a range of key sectors including Data Centres, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Technology, Fire protection, Building Services, and Technical Support Services. They are currently seeking Quantity Surveyors, of all levels, to join them on Data Centre Projects in Frankfurt.

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Supervise daily mechanical installation activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications.
• Coordinate and direct mechanical trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of mechanical works.
• Monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site, conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings as required.
• Review mechanical drawings and work scopes with teams to clarify tasks and resolve any technical issues on-site.
• Inspect installed mechanical systems and components for compliance with design, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Report progress, site conditions, and any issues or delays to the Mechanical Construction Manager or Project Manager.
• Assist in planning and sequencing mechanical activities to optimize workflow and interface with other trades.
• Maintain accurate daily records of labor, materials, equipment usage, and site events related to mechanical works.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical supervisor capacity.
• Data Centre experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Word & Excel is required.
• Candidates must be a Current EU Passport Holder.

Salary:
EUR 7,500 to 8,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
