Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Remarketing Manager is responsible for the implementation of the used car Remarketing Strategy in all European Markets:
- Contribute to the evolution, development and implementation of Remarketing Strategy for Europe in all NSC Markets
- Ensure products are remarketed at maximum Residual Value level
- Assist the NSC in managing the resale of OUV (own used vehicles), buy-backs and rental vehicles to maximum effect
- Build links to European Importer Markets to develop remarketing channels
- Participate in the creation of a 3 Year Plan for remarketing linked to new car sales opportunities with short term hold periods

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement Remarketing process and standards in all NSC markets
- Develop and implement all remarketing channels for return vehicles in Europe
- Monitor and report on Residual Values for products and create comparison to competitor vehicles
- Manage cross- border sales between NSC Markets to achieve the fastest stock turn and highest values
- Develop close links with the Fleet and Business department to understand the full vehicle supply and return patterns in markets and plan disposal
- Develop consistent refurbishment standards across all markets
- Create contacts with Lease Companies and ensure all possible return vehicles are channeled through the Approved Pre-Owned Programme
- Create reporting structure to monitor and manage performance of markets
- Share best practice across markets
- Create and implement tools to assist in the Remarketing process

Requirements

- Degree level or similar
- 5 years minimum with OEM, Leasing Company or Rental Operations
- Extensive knowledge of European Remarketing activity and markets
- Thorough understanding of remarketing systems and tools
- Complete working knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- English language- fluent; other languages an advantage
