Job Description
This role is with a global advisory firm focused on Transaction Services, Restructuring and Transformation. With over 600 employees across France, UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland. They work with private equity firms, medium- and large-sized corporates and investment banks.
Responsibilities:
- You will lead a team in our international Infrastructure & Project Finance practice responsible for delivering financial and transaction services in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors (primarily financial engineering, financial modelling as well as M&A services) for international and national project developers, private equity and infrastructure funds.
- From the beginning you will be in direct contact with clients and will participate in strengthening and expanding existing and new client relationships.
- You will manage and evaluate employees and actively support their development as a mentor
Requirements
Requirements:
- Between four to eight years of job experience in the infrastructure or renewable energy sector with a focus on financial modelling, financial engineering or valuation
- Bachelor's/Master's degree from a renowned university/ business school with preferably a major in finance, business mathematics, business administration or similar
- Knowledge of project and/or corporate finance, financial modelling, as well as IFRS and German GAAP is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English and German language skills, French is a plus
