Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure Project - Accra, Ghana
Client is a leading construction company in Ghana who are charged with the delivery of a range of projects in Accra, Ghana. They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis.
You will work within a Project organisation structure working closely with a Team providing a range of Quantity Surveying duties from project inception through to completion. You must have a sound working knowledge of cost management, measurement, change management, evaluation and preparation of payment applications and value management.

Requirements
You must have at least 5 years' on-site experience and must be able to run 3-4 small projects on your own. Flexibility in terms of travel is expected as well as a commitment to the region for the next 3-4 years.
Ideal Qualifications include:
* Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying is a must.
* 5yrs + of previous experience within civil engineering projects.
* Ability and willingness to run 3-4 small projects on your own.
* Ability to identify and resolve problems at an early stage.
* Accurate with good attention to detail and highly organised.
* A good negotiator and communicator.
* Good written and spoken English language skills.
* Experience in Africa is preferred.
