Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:
• Position will evolve depending on the needs of the Drug & Value Customers.
• Conducts ongoing analysis and reporting key business metrics and new product performance analysis.
• Develops performance models; ensures data integrity of business systems.
• Manages the business planning/forecasting process including sales trends and price modeling.
• Performs check requests, CPACT, Price Packaging Planning and Category Management, as assigned.
• Performs administrative tasks and prepare sales goals and customer business reviews for Region Key Accounts.
• Oversees and maintains price package planning templates, ad calendar tracking, customer forecasting and check request and performs analysis and develops reporting to support new product introductions, SKU rationalization, no sale/low sale volume accounts, price and volume lift.
• Develops both operational and strategic presentation materials to aid senior management..
• Assist with pricing submission process for retail and on premise customers and with special projects as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Special Requirements:
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Must be able to master proprietary software and have an affinity for working on PC’s with mainframe/server applications Microsoft Office Suite (Excel {advanced pivot table development}, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), BASIS and a high level knowledge of database concepts, data manipulation, and the ability to interpret large volumes of data
• Must also be very Internet-savvy
• Must have a demonstrated proficiency of handling multiple projects within a deadline and have strong problem solving and research skills
• Must be a self-starter and a team player
• Must be able to describe technical material in non-technical terms
• Must be very detail-oriented
• Light travel may be required
• Additional duties as assigned
