BIM Manager

Job description / Role

- Responsible for handling BIM modeling work for construction projects and maintaining a drawing/ information register;
- Coordinate the usage and application of Building Information Model and supervise the BIM modeling team, BIM consultant, and model production;
- Attend coordination workshops and monthly progress meetings.
- Responsible for creating, revise and maintain BIM models of different construction disciplines
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external parties to assist in the BIM project
- Design and build experience
- Self-driven to liaise and work with all disciplines on the building project

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in BIM projects;
- Degree or above in Engineering / Construction;
- CCBM/ MHKIBIM is an advantage;
- Experience in management of BIM teams;
- Proficiency in Autodesk BIM solutions, i.e. AEC software, etc.;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant BIM Manager.
